Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced WhatsApp Chatbot application in order to facilitate passengers for online confirmation of tickets and seats, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
With the help of the chatbot, passengers will be able to get guidance on ticket confirmation, seat and other matters before their flight.
Moreover, passengers can check their flight schedule and timings with the help of WhatsApp.
It may merit here to mention that in the past, passengers needed to visit offices or call a helpline to access these services.
