Karachi– PTI chief Imran Khan has now blamed former caretaker Punjab CM for a larger role in rigging. Khan said, “We did not contest ‘35 punctures’ in the judicial commission because there were 70 and not just 35 punctures.”
Previously, Khan called the party’s allegation against Najam Sethi a political talk. Criticizing Sethi, he said, orders were being taken from Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif directly during the caretaker setup.
Sethi was rewarded for his role in alleged rigging in 2013 general elections, he added.
Khan also said that his party would accept the commission’s verdict to strengthen democracy.
