Gujranwala- Police today arrested a man, who threw color to deface the banners and hoardings of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf during its public gathering in Gujranwala.
According to our sources, the man defaced many posters of the PTI. Gujranwala is known as one of the strongholds of PML-N and the PTI workers were also attacked in the city couple of months ago during Azadi March.
Earlier, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz workers in Gujranwala were planning to welcome PTI chief Imran Khan with eggs, tomatoes and shoes.
Reportedly, the officials did nothing to avert a possible collision between PML-N and PTI workers.
