The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) immigration team has offloaded two passengers going for Umrah at Lahore International Airport, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The passengers were traveling to Jeddah by flight number ER-821 but their passports had a fake stamp of departure to Italy.
Moreover, there was no record in the system regarding their arrival and departure.
According to the preliminary investigation, the accused had obtained visas from the agent after paying Rs 0.6 million.
FIA spokesperson said that the accused were shifted to Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Lahore for legal action.
